Your Dreamsuite mattress has been manufactured to the highest standards, ensuring a combination of luxurious comfort and support meeting your expectations of performance and durability.

We stand behind the quality of our products. Dreamsuite offers the original purchaser a 10 year warranty covering defects in workmanship and the failure of materials. The warranty will not extend to cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, negligence or accident, during this 10 year period.

If the company is satisfied the product is faulty, it will repair or replace at its discretion. If you feel the product has a manufacturers fault, please contact the store that you purchased your mattress from.

It is your responsibility to provide proof and date of purchase. A warranty may only be claimed by the original purchaser.

This Warranty is subject to the Australian Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Australian Consumer Law”). The benefits provided in this Warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies of a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law, and any other laws in relation to the products to which this Warranty relates.

This Warranty is not transferrable and does not cover products used for commercial purposes. Subject to the Australian Consumer Law, his Warranty does not apply to any products sold as seconds, floorstock, repaired products, or products that have a defect where this has been drawn to the customer’s attention before the purchase of the product.

BE AWARE THAT IT CAN TAKE UP TO 30 DAYS FOR YOUR BODY TO ADJUST TO THE FEEL AND SUPPORT OF A NEW MATTRESS.

Care Instructions

To maintain your mattress in optimum condition, please adhere to the following instructions:

  1. Rotate your mattress fortnightly for the first 3 months and then every 2-3 months thereafter. This ensures more even wear.
  2. Use a good quality washable mattress protector. A waterproof protector is recommended for small children.
  3. Airing your mattress for a few hours occasionally without the bedding is beneficial as it allows moisture caused by body heat to evaporate.
  4. Vacuum the mattress regularly using low suction.
  5. Do not scrub the mattress with a stiff brush or saturate with water or harsh cleaning products.
  6. Do not store for long periods in non-breathable bags as it may cause condensation and mildew.
  7. If you intend to store your mattress for a long period of time, lay it flat to avoid causing permanent damage.
  8. Ensure you tighten legs /castors on base at least once a month.
  9. Do not try to lift or pull the mattress by the handles. Ripped or broken handles are not covered under warranty as they will not affect the feel or longevity of the mattress.

Terms & Conditions

  1. The 10 year warranty is effective from the date of delivery. If the mattress is deemed to be faulty, we will repair or replace at our discretion. If identical goods are no longer available we may substitute for goods of comparable value and quality.
  2. Warranty covers defects in workmanship and the failure of materials for a period up to 10 years.
  3. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damages caused by abuse, negligence, accident, transport damage or water damage.
  4. If the opinion of our representative is that the base used with he mattress is not supportive, slats too far apart (more than 70 mm) the slats are broken, the base is sagging, broken, old and unsuitable, the warranty may be invalidated.
  5. The warranty will be voided if in the opinion of our representative the mattress is stained or deemed unsanitary, due to work health and safety concerns. We suggest the use of a good mattress protector.
  6. Any claim the mattress is uncomfortable, causes back ache or is too warm is not deemed to be a manufacturing fault. It can take your body time to adjust.
  7. Body impressions or body signatures are a normal part of wear and tear of a mattress. A visible body impression of between 30-45mm is acceptable and is not a manufacturing fault.
  8. Regular rotation of the mattress is the responsibility of the purchaser. Failure to do so will cause the mattress to wear unevenly and is not covered under warranty.
  9. The warranty only covers the original purchaser and must be reported within 30 days of the fault occurring.
  10. The cost of freight will be borne by the manufacturer within 40km for the first 12 months from the date of delivery. After the first 12 months all freight will be payable by the purchaser.
  11. The warranty registration should be completed and lodged with your store of claim. You should retain proof of purchase to validate your claim.
  12. This warranty will not apply if in the manufacturer’s opinion, it has been modified or tampered with in any way.
  13. The warranty does not apply if the care instructions for the mattress have not been followed.
  14. The Warranty does not include any right to be reimbursed or compensated for physical or financial injury, loss damage expense time or inconvenience ( direct or indirect) arising from the occurrence of the defect in the mattress or your inability to use the mattress or base.

HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM:

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
